Stepping Stones
Birth – 12 years old

“But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been
assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; And that from a
child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee
wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.”

2 Timothy 3: 14-15

Our Stepping Stones ministry is designed to create a safe and fun
environment in which children newborn to 12 years old can experience the love of
God. Our vision for our students is that in their time with us they can
come to know Jesus and His plan of salvation. We strive to give students
a Biblical foundation and show them how it applies in the context of
their everyday life.

Sunday Mornings:
There are multiple Sunday School classes that make up the
Stepping Stones ministry. They each meet Sunday morning in different
classrooms, but they share a common goal: to tell of the love of Christ
and His gift of Salvation. Each class has age-appropriate curriculum that
enables the teacher to tell each lesson in a way students can easily
comprehend and relate to their own life. Our teachers try to make each
Sunday class time fun and interactive for this energetic age range. In
summary, or goal is to show our students not just how loved they are by
us, but most importantly how loved they are by God.

Wednesday Nights:
Stepping Stones has a class that meets every Wednesday night.
During the school calendar year, students participate in our TeamKids
program. This program allows us to eat together, learn together, and
worship the Lord together. It is a fun program for the students that
allows them to be active and connect with other children as we strive to
share the Gospel.

Outreach:
The Stepping Stones ministry has several opportunities throughout
the year to participate in group outings. Outings range from Sevier Air to
The Ark exhibit in Kentucky. Parents are always welcome on these trips,
and our students greatly look forward to them.
Our prayer is that the Stepping Stones ministry would provide a
Biblical path for young Christians to follow as they grow both in age,
and in their knowledge of Christ.
